Where do I park? +
We have 2 off street parks which are available for the disabled / acute / pregnant / families with kids and the elderly. There is generally always at least one available.
We have plenty off-street parking right out front.
We do recommend that you go for a short walk after your adjustment so if you do park around the corner that is also fine.
Can I bring my baby / kids with me to my appointment? +
We are a family clinic so you are welcome to bring the whole family! We have a great children’s area and our Chiropractic Assistants are great with littlies - we have 9 between us! So, if you need to bring any members of the family please do.
We have a comfy area to feed your baby, and a change table with complimentary nappies and wipes is available.
Just a note: your first appointment could be between 45-60 minutes long, so sometimes this may be easier without kids.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We ask that you give us plenty of time (more than 12 hours notice) for any changes so that we can attempt to replace your booking. We do run a wait list and more often than not your booking can be easily filled with adequate notice.
Failure to attend your appointment may incur a fee of $20.
How much will my care cost? +
Most subluxations produce no pain or symptoms at all. The best way to know if you have one is to get your spine checked by a chiropractor. Postural imbalances such as one ear or shoulder higher than the other can be indicative of a subluxation.
